    It begins with a 1 day intensive where we work directly with your beginner teachers to develop a custom classroom management & culture plan focused on building the basic foundational tier 1 elements of classroom management so that they can proactively prevent chattiness, disrespect, off-task behavior & decrease office referrals even as a beginner level teacher or if they have no prior experience.

    Your teachers will walk away with a customized classroom management & culture plan that can be followed consistently and implemented immediately.
