"I would let another teacher that is contemplating working with Tierraney know that it will be well worth their time. I would let them know that Tierraney is very strategic in what she does focusing on the details that can be improved. I would not only let them know that Tierraney is strategic but that she is very diligent in making sure that those who she is coaching are able to understand and have various ways of implementing change into their classroom that are highly effective. Overall working with Tierraney will bring change that will overall improve the functioning of their classroom."
